These are my second pair of these boots as I love them, my first purchase of them from Amazon (and Shoemall). I know how they fit as I wear my other pair almost everyday. The right shoe fit way too large even though it read the same size, I emailed Amazon & they instantly sent me a return label, I sent them back & had a perfect pair before I knew it! I have a bad back & my body loves the support around the ankle and the height of these boots. This is the best service I have had in a while.... do not waste your time with eBay, the people there will never give you the service you can get here.... I will shop again & again!
