 Strap Issues December 20, 2008
I purchased the pink/purple version of this, which is my first pair of Carlos Santana shoes. My only complaint is that the strap on the left shoe is much shorter than the one on the right. While the right shoe fits well (and allows for room to move without cutting into my ankle), the left is secured at the first hole with no wiggle room at all.
If I had purchased these at a store, I would have exchanged them, but I hate dealing with return shipping hassles (and was afraid the next pair would be in the same shape). My solution: do not wear the shoes in situations where a lot of walking is required.
 Not what I expected! November 26, 2008
This shoe was not what I thought it would be. The silver looked gray and dull, not to mention the stap doesn't have elasticto fit your feet. The strap just stuck out on the shoe. I returned the shoes because the quality was disappointing for a Carlos Santana shoe.
